The Dirt King Long Travel PreRunner Kit is a complete high-performance suspension package for 2007-2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 2WD and 4WD trucks. Designed to improve off-road handling without giving up everyday drivability, the system widens the front track, increases wheel travel and combines matched front and rear components for a balanced prerunner-style setup.
2007-2018 Silverado / Sierra Long Travel Fitment
Fits 2007-2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 2WD / 4WD applications. Correct configuration depends on the truck's factory suspension construction and drivetrain, so select the appropriate cast-steel, cast-aluminum or stamped-steel option and 2WD / 4WD configuration before ordering.
Fiberglass is required. Trucks running 37-inch tires also require wheel-well clearance work, including modification for full-bump clearance and folding the firewall pinch weld.

Shock and Suspension Options
The front system is designed around 2.5 x 8-inch coilovers and can be configured with factory-sway-bar adaptation, bump stops or bypass shocks depending on the intended use. Dirt King also tabs the lower control arms for bypass-shock integration, allowing additional damping control and tuning for more aggressive off-road setups.
For full rear travel, the package pairs the long-travel leaf springs with the prefab bed cage and matched bypass shocks. This creates a front-to-rear suspension system rather than a front-only long-travel conversion.
