About Yellow Speed Racing

Yellow Speed Racing builds suspension for a pretty wide range of enthusiast cars, but the important part is that they don't treat every driver like they need the same setup.

Their lineup includes street coilovers, super-low systems, gravel rally suspension, air struts and much more serious competition-focused options. That makes it easier to choose a suspension based on how the car is actually being used instead of just buying whichever kit happens to fit.

Why We Like Yellow Speed Racing at 9AM

We like Yellow Speed because there is a clear progression through the lineup.

A daily-driven car can stay with something like the Dynamic Pro Sport series, while a dedicated track build can move into Pro Plus or Advanced Pro Plus systems with separate damping adjustments. They also make more specialized setups for rally and stance-oriented builds, which gives you room to choose the right tool for the job instead of forcing one coilover to do everything.

 Popular Yellow Speed Racing Upgrades

Dynamic Pro Sport Coilovers

The Dynamic Pro Sport line is a good starting point for street cars that still see spirited driving. The Dynamic Pro Sport Coilovers for the BMW F80 M3 / F82 M4 are a good example of that more street-focused approach.

Pro Plus Racing Coilovers

For track-focused cars, the Pro Plus line steps into separate compression and rebound adjustment. The Pro Plus Racing Coilovers for the Subaru STI 2008-2014 are available in 2-way or 3-way configurations, giving you much more room to fine-tune the car as the setup gets more serious.

Gravel Rally Coilovers

Yellow Speed also makes suspension specifically for cars that need travel instead of just lower ride height. The Dynamic Pro Gravel Rally Coilovers for the 2002-2007 WRX / 2004 STI are designed around longer travel and rough-surface use rather than a traditional street or circuit setup.

Super Low Coilovers

For stance-oriented builds, the Super Low series is aimed at drivers who want a more aggressive drop than a normal street coilover provides. The Super Low Coilovers for the Evo VII / VIII / IX are a good example of that more ride-height-focused setup.

Advanced Pro Plus Coilovers

At the top end, the Advanced Pro Plus line is aimed at serious circuit builds. The Advanced Pro Plus Racing Coilovers for the 2013-2020 Subaru BRZ use an inverted damper design and are available in 2-way or 3-way configurations for much more detailed chassis tuning.
