2013-2018 Ram 1500 - Long Travel Kit

The Dirt King Long Travel Kit for the 2013-2018 Ram 1500 is designed to substantially increase front suspension travel and off-road capability while retaining street-friendly drivability. The system provides up to 13.5 inches of wheel travel, widens the front track by 3 inches per side and supports up to a 37-inch tire with the required clearance work.

2013-2018 Ram 1500 Long Travel Fitment

Designed for 2013-2018 Ram 1500 2WD and 4WD applications. The correct setup depends on drivetrain and inner-pivot configuration, with bushing and heim-joint options available.

2WD: The 2WD frame uses a different factory coil-bucket location, so Dirt King shock towers are required to fit the proper long-travel shocks.

4WD: Additional CV articulation is required to achieve full travel. Select the appropriate extended axle-shaft or complete axle-assembly configuration when ordering.

Front fiberglass is required. Running 37-inch tires also requires wheel-well clearance modifications. Contact 9AM before ordering if the truck uses lift spindles or a bracket lift.

• Zinc-plated inner bushing sleeves
• Grease fittings for easier servicing
• 3/16-inch and 1/8-inch boxed-plate construction
• Internally ribbed construction for strength with reduced unnecessary weight
• Limit-strap tabbing

Shock Setup

This long-travel system must be paired with shocks built to Dirt King's specifications. Matching shock configuration and valving are important for achieving the intended suspension travel and ride quality. Verify your shock setup with 9AM before ordering if you are combining this kit with an existing suspension package.
